We drove 35 minutes, packed coolers, and cleared out schedules for the entire day to be turned around at the gate. No where during the processing of purchasing our tickets on their website did it warm us that we would not be able to use them. When we arrived we were stopped before the gate and told the park was closed for a private party for the next two days. They had their grand opening at the beginning of this weekend so we thought this would be a fun exciting time for the park. We are from Colorado and purchased tickets this morning to attend the park. Overall, it is small, but a one time visit worth the price.Įxtremely disappointed with the way they conducted business with my family and I. I live only about 25 minutes away, but worth the drive to another one of the bigger parks in Texas. Third time we went it was knida boring and had gotten a little old. Most of the workers are really young and a lot of them are kinda rude not knowing how to talk to people and be polite. Food and drink inside the park is expensive, about double what you would pay normally. There is also a few kiddie pools and slides. The lazy river is OK and the wave pool was pretty fun. The others are about 15-20 minute wait to get on. There is basically (4) main water slides, one of them where you ride 4-6 people in a large raft, the line was always the longest on that one, usually about a 40 minute wait in line. We definitely had the most fun on Monday as it was least crowded that day. Tickets are $45.00 when you pay there, but only $27.00 when purchased online 24 hours in advance. Went once on a Thursday, once on a Monday and once on a Sunday night when our church had rented the place from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Visited Typhoon water park (3) times this summer 2021 bringing my son and daughter and a few of their friends.
